Schedule

  1. We Direct our clients to submit a Xactimate request

  2. A quick review is completed and an estimator is assigned along with an estimated delivery date.

  1. The Estimator reviews the provided site information and documentation.

  2. An intake form is sent to the customer to ensure all the claimant’s information is captured.

Evaluate

  1. The submittal package is handed over to the client that includes a detailed sketch, line itemed estimate, a detailed scope and ost breakdown summaries.

Report

  1. We offer support to both the Client and the claimant throughout the process. If any corrections or additions are needed, these requests are marked as priorities for your assigned estimator in order to ensure a quick resolution.
